Article Assistance trough software (Remote Desktop connection) is available for certain problems.

You need to download "Quick support software" (no installation needed) from Download section and request assistance to our team by chat or by ticket.

Customer support will require from you the ID and password that quick support software have set to your computer in order to start a remote connection (ID and password are unique for every session for security reasons)

After our CSR team fixes the problem fill free to delete the software.
