My Metratader shows on the screen Incorrect username or password.

This issue often happens due to some error with the customer password or key.
You will see in the top left corner of your chart ERROR 1021: INCORRECT USERNAME OR PASSWORD.
To fix this issue, you need to check again to determine if the information that you have set on the Rent a Signal expert is correct.
Try to setup your product using the installer again.
Try copying and pasting your key from Rent a Signal website. You can check your last key by clicking on "Locale Settings" once you have logged in.
If the problem persists, you need to create a ticket and attach your log file "as-is" provided by MetaTrader. You could find your log files inside the Metatrader folder \experts\files.
